A unique, naturally occurring mineral Diatomaceous Earth deposit which typically contains 67% Diatomaceous Earth (skeletal remains of algae) and 33% Montmorillonite (calcium beatonite, a calium rich volcanic deposit).

 

Our Diatomaceous Earth products meet both Food and Feed Grade Specifications. Approved for use as an anti-caking agent or as an inert carrier in all types of feed in amounts not to exceed 2%

    of total diet.

 

USES FOR RED LAKE EARTH IN MY FEED:

    Improve the flowability and mixability of all types of feed.

    Increases the surface area of the feed exposed to digestive processes. Contains a full range of macro and micro minerals.

 

Known benefits of using diatomaceous earth in feed:

    Manure is drier with much less odor.

    Reduces the presence of intestinal parasites.

    Improves feed efficiency and animal health.

    Inhibits mold growth in stored feed.

Increases the amount of feed that is actually digested.
